Stephen Mullen is a Chartered Scientific and Management professional with almost four decades of experience across high-hazard industries, regulation, project delivery, and leadership development. He is a Senior Lecturer in Project Management at the UK's largest provider of Project Management Degree Apprenticeships. He is currently leading doctoral research on the role of Emotional Intelligence in contributing to success across different project delivery methods.
